I'm an affordable handyman that will help to tackle that "Honey Do" list around the house and yard and get your household running the way you want it. When I bought my first home, I never realized how much work it would be to maintain the house. In order to keep it clean, orderly and operating smoothly, I had to learn how to do handyman tasks since all my money was tied up in purchasing the house in the first place. After moving into the house I found that I needed furniture...thank goodness for IKEA! The furniture was inexpensive and stylish but sometimes time consuming - let me help you get that Swedish styling in your house by putting the furniture together for you! Putting all that furniture together can get hot and sweaty. I then found that I needed a ceiling fan. Luckily, the instructions were simple - even though my ceiling needed extra bracing. Allow me to put up that ceiling fan for you. If you don't want a ceiling fan but would rather have a floor fan - just plug it into a wall...Wait, there isn't an outlet close by? Let me put in an additional electrical outlet - I can do that too. Doing all this handyman stuff also requires cleaning up after yourself. To clean up, soap and water usually works...Oh no, leaky faucet or toilet, I can replace or repair fixtures as well. Whether its replacing washers to fix leaks or installing brand new fixtures, I can do this all for an affordable rate. As I mentioned clean up is an important part of the handyman service. I will clean up all the work areas. I will even haul away stuff that you don't want (with a 4' x 8' trailer). If it was my home, I would want it as clean as possible. After all these years of work on my own houses, I have found a couple of things I can't (or prefer) not to do...anything that has to do with significant heights and HVAC. So roofing, ventilation vents, ac/heating, skylights, etc would not be something that I would be willing to do since I would not be able to do the best job. Everything else can be tackled.
