I am a Carpenter/Handyman. I have been in construction (residental and commercial)for sixteen years and building maintenance for three years. I have experience in framing (wood and steel stud),drywall,flooring(vct,laminate,hardwood,ceramic,pergo, and carpet),painting (interior and exterior),roofing(shingle,EPDM rubber,PVC,gravel,torch down, and standing seam),siding,decks,closing pools,/opening pools,additions,light plumbing,light electrical, and FF&E (fixtures,furniture and equiptment),etc... I have certifications in the following: OSHA 10, Hilti, forklift and lull, arial and boom lifts, and CPO (certified pool operator). I am a hard worker, dependable, loyal, and trust worthy. I accept all work of any kind or size (NO JOB TOO SMALL). I am also as equally skilled and hardworking when it comes to labor or any other work that needs to be completed.
