My name is Clarence Brooks I'm 27 years old and currently excepting jobs in all fields of construction from A-Z. Specialty kitchens and bathrooms are my strongest points but love doing Fence (all types and custom dog pens as well) decks ( trex, Wood, and brick pavers). No jobs are to big or to small I'll do them all. I'm a very reasonable handyman I can beat almost anyone's pricing but also know that my bids are on the lower end when compared to the big companies so don't tell me that someone burnt you in the past and I'm sorry if this is offensive to anyone but I have been burnt so much worse then you can imagine so yes you pay a deposit of 33% up front and pay the rest upon completion and we write up a contract that breaks payments and what exactly we are doing work wise,we both sign and keep a copy that way everyone is covered via contract and we are all happy.
