I own a rental home that is under contract and closing on the 15th. There are a few things that need to be done before then. Replace a sheet of dry wall in the garage. Repair some water damage to a ceiling, put some electrical conduit around some outdoor electrical, put a box over some indoor electrical, repair chimney cap so it doesn't leak , clean debris out of window wells.
