I specialize in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and some appliance repair! My rate is 50 an hour with a minimum fee of 50 not including parts. Anything after house is charged at 75 an hr. I do not perform jobs which require inspections from the housing planning departments however I have a lot of contacts to licensed contractors that could assist in bigger jobs. I believe in doing honest and clean work to he best of my ability. I having over 7 years experience in maintenance as well as installations.
