Hello, my name is Deric, but everyone calls me D. Im a handyman offering flexible service hours in Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsboro counties. I have an extensive history in about every application of hvac.. From commercial hospital chillers to residential window units and from service to retrofiting change outs and even duct repair, replacement and cleaning. Ive taken many ventures in my years here in florida absorbing all that i could along the way. I have spent that enitire time in some other sort of construction; including but not limit too: manufacturing (from drawing cut sheets to spray finishing) to installing custom (and RTA) cabinetry. I later began workinf mamy yeats for a local contractor where oversaw and first hand did litterally everything: additions, lawn maintenance and irrigation, masonry, qood framing, roofing, soffiting, fascia, paint, windows, doors. Tile (wall, floor, stall, wtx.) flooring (tile, wood, terrazo, "floating", epoxy, etc.), plumbing (mains to fixtures), electrical (circuits to ceiling fans), attic and wall insulation, attic ventilation, you name it...
