Hello i am 34 just moved to oldsmar, Florida from Indiana haven't found a job yet just trying to help my family of 6 I have worked the last 7 years in remodeling homes and apartments also have many pictures of my work I Install - Cabinets, water heaters, sink, counter tops, garbage disposal, microwaves above range, water pressure problems - new shut offs dishwashers, new lighting, pretty much any remodeling work u need done and I also do mowing job can be by hour or by job like to change a toilet or water heater it doesn't normally take that long so if you already have the new I would just charge you a flat rate if that's ok with you cheap rates always quality work
