Handyman Job in Lewiston, Maine

Dirigo Property Services is property preservation company that has been in business for 10 years. We have well established relationships with our clients and continue to grow in the services we provide as well as expanding our coverage area. We need subcontractors to perform maintenance, repair and rehab work on foreclosed properties throughout New England. This is a 1099 position and you will need to have your own tools, equipment and vehicle. Some of the duties include but are not limited to: grass cuts, winterization, snow removal, changing locks, roofing, siding, window replacement, boarding, etc. You will be required to provide a valid driver's license and pass a background check. We do require general liability insurance within 60 days of employment. We pay weekly and offer direct deposit.
