I am an building maintenance contractor with 20 years experience in construction, remodeling and building maintenance re-opening for business after an injury caused me to become a loan officer and branch manager of a mortgage company here in Grandview Heights. I have a half ton pickup w/ commercial tags, insurance, all the tools and the experience to get the job done right the first time. For large building repairs I give written estimates in advance with written one year warranties on all work, except on furnaces and A/C where there is a 90 day warranty. I also repair furnaces on an emergency or after hours call basis. I have repaired furnaces for 25 years and can do any repair ($50 an hour) On most repair items I can tell you the full price on the phone and will just charge a flat rate instead of hourly. Flat rate repairs are based on $30 an hour plus parts. My terms are payment upon completion.
