Handyman in Chicago, Illinois

I am looking for some painting done (interior), as well as a couple of small jobs. One is to clean my ceiling fan, which is at the top of a 30' ceiling, so a very large ladder is needed, and a good cleaning solution. You can bring someone with you if necessary, but I can hold the ladder for you. There are miscellaneous things that I need all the time, and would like to find out if anybody is interested. The painting would be two large bedrooms, a hallway, and kitchen. Both bedrooms have exposed brick, so it is more like to big walls and the closets for each. The ceiling fan is in my home in the South Loop, and the painting is in a condo/loft in River North. Thanks, and hope to hear back from somebody. Painter must be experienced (have hired some bad ones, sloppy job, etc.), and please respond with either a quote, hourly rate for such things, or if price is quoted by the job. Amy
