Handyman Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hi there. We are a small Pre-School run out of a house in South Surrey. We are looking for quotes for a Handyman who can provide all of the following services; Ongoing outdoor work; Must be completed before 8 am, or started after 4 pm or done on weekends when students aren't in class. Use a blower to clear debris off cemented areas weekly. We do not own a blower. Rake the packed down dirt in backyard/play area as needed. Typically once a month Prune seasonally or as needed (There isn't much) Windstorm maintenance/debris removal occasional mowing of front small lawn Regular plowing/clearing of cement and driveway/parking areas during snow season Regular salting as needed during winter Basic handyman repairs inside and outside as needed.
