Award Winning Pinnacle Property Management Company in Torrance is currently looking for a maintenance/handyman vendor to perform work on our properties. We have units throughout the Los Angeles/San Bernandino County.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of previous experience in general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, etc.
2. Must have own vehicle and tools.
3. Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. (Bilingual is a plus)
4. Must be very organized, responsible and punctual.
