Business Address: 17-7000 McLeod Road, Suite #108 Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7K3 Work Location: Work will be performed in different locations and projects in Ontario such as: Niagara Falls, Summerside, Windsor, Brampton, Missisauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Alliston Type of Employment: Full time–Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job duties: • Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment • Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products • Pick orders and stock • Weigh materials and goods • Make labels and attach to goods • Wrap goods • Pack and unpack goods • Sort, crate and stack goods • Install, lash and secure goods • Store cargo and materials • Transport and distribute materials and goods • Organize and maintain inventory • Operate computerized inventory control systems • Hazardous products handling and storage • Build pallets • Ship orders • Provide customer service • Work from general procedures and instructions • Execute transactions in an accurate and timely manner • Responsible for performing department processes and safely operating equipment to complete duties • Read and follow detailed and defined instructions • Must be flexible in timely transactions when moved to different work areas throughout the day while adhering to productivity goals • Resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations Requirements -Education: Some secondary school is required -Experience: Experience is an asset -Ability to pass a basic job skills assessment -Must be able to do lots of travelling to different sites -Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities  Fast-paced environment.  Must be detailed oriented and efficient  Repetitive tasks  Handling heavy loads – Weight handling up to 23kg (50 lbs)  Physically demanding  Manual dexterity  Attention to detail  Hand-eye co-ordination  Bending, crouching, kneeling  Large workload Additional Skills -Candidate must be able to maintain a professional demeanor and communicates in a respectful and collaborative manner with coworkers, managers and others in the workplace -Must be able to follow direction, is engaged and productive, and is flexible and adaptable -Must be able to work independently and to collaborate with and support other members of the department -Must demonstrate the company’s core values and comply with the company’s policies and procedures Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 Hourly, 40-44 Hours per week Benefits provided:  Disability insurance  Extended Medical Insurance  Dental Insurance  Pension  We provide meals Important information: Overtime is required for this position.
