1. replace 2 wrecked triangular attic vents with plywood and square vents. Original wrecked by squirrels. Need to squirrel proof the new ones. Plywood could be stucco'd. Existing vents area about 10 inches high and 50 inches wide triangle, Remove existing vent and stucco wire covering vent. Create plywood cover of area, install with vent opening for smaller square vent. Cover whole thing with stucco wire or a barrier for squirrels, strogly secure against squirrels, stucco small non vent area. Open to alternate ideas. 2. replace failed sealed pane in skylight with new sealed unit. Remove existing skylight housing to measure sealed unit, replace cover, order new sealed unit, remove existing unit, install new unit, caulk to prevent leaks and re-install skylight housing.
