Hello, My name is Chris, and I offer a variety of "Handyman" services *For starters, I am experienced in basic carpentry and framing. : This means I'm proficient in reading a tape measure and that I can frame anything from windows, doors, closets or even a new wall. : With this also comes the knowledge of hanging drywall. Taping together the seams, mudding and sanding. : I also patch walls and paint them too. : I can also install cabinetry. : I am also able to install baseboards as well as crown moulding. : I also do hardwood floor installation. * I know how to build a deck, with railing, as well as stairs and risers : This would include sanding and staining or weatherproofing. * I know some plumbing. : I can install a new toilet and sink( with existing PVC pipe). : I can install new vanities, as well as shower doors. : This includes caulking ** I do not deal with copper plumbing pipes or soldering them** * I do whole house painting : Making sure to properly tape off around anything needing to be edged or trimmed. : Also removing all outlet covers to keep them nice. * I also do a lot of rehab work. : This includes clean outs and removal of previous tenant items. : I will do detailed cleaning of your property and any needed repairs * I give free estimates, but will need access to the job site to determine the extent of what needs done. I take pictures of all work, before and after so you can see the progress.
