Handyman in Seattle, Washington

I've been a contractor for nearly 20 years and work out of an office in Seattle or Sequim, dependiong on the job. We can help you with just about any small household problem, issue, or nuisance that needs attention. I've done everything from remodeling entire homes or as small as painting a bedroom when the room was vacated for a college career. I've built new homes and spent quite a bit of time with real estate investors that built their own rental inventory, as well as picked up "fixer" deals and either rented or flipped them. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, professional, on-time, conscientious, polite, hard-working "on-call" handyman, I'd love the opportunity of winning your business. No job is too small, however, some jobs may be larger than I can commit too (entire house remodels for example). My goal is to build a small contracting business, have my son's learn general, practical construction, and make the extra needed for their college fund. Currently I am about 3-5 days out, and can either give you an over the phone quote, or stop by and provide a more detailed in-person quote. Examples of jobs I have this week are: painting the interior of a condo, swapping closet systems out of house, winter "roof maintenance" which consists of blowing off the debris, cleaning out the gutters, applying moss-treatment, and installing leave barriers in the roof drains ($195 for blowing, cleaning gutters, $50 for moss-treatment and $10/spout for leave barriers). A larger project I am ramping up for is a wrap-around deck project that will be coupled with a "Crab Shack" gazebo with out-door kitchen. Projects priced by: 1. The Hour - works great if you have fairly specific projects, you have the material, and you simply want a person to install. 2. The Day - works great if you have several misc. projects 3.
