Handyman Job in Ewa Beach, Hawaii

I have a pigeon roosting/nesting problem on my 2-story home that has rain gutters and 52 solar panels on the roof. I am looking for someone to: (1) clean the roof of any bird droppings/mess, nests under the solar panels, (2) clean out any rain gutter debris on both the 2-story main roof and single story garage and lanai/patio roof gutters. (3) install barriers around solar panels, rain gutter barrier, and bird spikes/deterrent on roof line (I am open to recommendations on methods and/or established products) to keep pigeons from re-establishing presence on the roof.
