Handyman Job in Topeka, Kansas

We just moved into a new home and there are several minor things we want to fix. They are things we could do but are too busy or too tired to do. The tasks include installing blinds, putting up curtain rods, hanging a heavy mirror and pictures, installing transition pieces between kitchen to living room, small touch-up painting in the kitchen, repairing and restaining kitchen grout, removing and re-installing kitchen cupboard handles, fixing a sheetrock wall area, installing a towel hanger, installing a new switch outlet, and perhaps a few other very minor things. Supplies provided but not necessarily the tools. If the work is done well and trust is established, we may hire for additional and more complicated work such as fence installation, deck installation, and more.
