Handyman in Gulf Breeze, Florida

I am a soon 48 year old businessman who is soon moving to the Gulf Breeze Florida area and looking for odd jobs to help keep me busy as I start my new life as a Floridian. I am a hard working man, dedicated to whatever I do, effective, efficient, and able to research and learn things that I may not be proficient in to be able to self teach in time of need. I have done a little bit of everything in my years, from owning and operating my own auto sales/service car dealership for over 20 years to building our family home. We have also owned and operated our own rental property business for over ten years so there is always something that needs fixing somewhere... I have done everything from floors to windows, tile work, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, automotive, marine, OHRV, etc... even studied up on DIY pest controls... I know how to operate big machinery & equipment such as backhoes or excavators, all the way to tile cutting tables... We are a military family so integrity is key with us, and our way of life. I am as down-to-earth as you can get and know how to relate to a customer effectively having owned my own business's for many years.
