Handyman Job in Canmore, Alberta

Deck repair- need to replace a couple of boards in the steps leading up to the deck (split level house). Had my power and cable lines installed underground, resulting in a hole in the deck up against the house where the power line conduit used to be. Need a removable “patch” built to cover the hole. Thirdly, I need to have a side gate moved about 1.5 inches upward due to ground shifting on freeze up.
Lastly, I need to have a door jam in my garage repaired, which shifts (creating a gap) in winter months. This one may not be repairable.
