Handyman in Midland City, Alabama

I'm looking for the same line of work that I'm doing at the present time.I am a maintenance technician and I over see 98 apts..... these,my work consists of: trash out,preping walls for paint,sanding patch work,doing full paint in apt,doing maintenance on the apts: changing bad plugs,switches,sealing bathtubs,repairing toilets,setting toilets,unstopping a/c drain lines,cutting out drywall to repair leaks,rebuilding tub faucets,sink faucets and so on. If something needs fixing in a house or apt, I'm the man you need.theres nothing in a house or apt that I can't fix or build.
