I'm an

Handyman wanted for new construction builder to do warranty work. Must have knowledge of all building trades; to include, but not limited to masonry, siding, carpet, tile, trim carpentry, paint, sheetrock, building steps, and concrete.
Must have own tools and transportation and be a 1099 Independent Subcontractor.
Pay to be determined per job.
