Hi there hope you're doing good. I am Shaun, and I thank you for your time. I guess I will explain the way I prefer to be paid. ($35.....) is my rate doesn't matter what the job is and I do ask to be paid in cash at the end of each work day I can provide an invoice as a receipt. Anything 4 hours or less is $140.00 for my labor and time. The material you supply. I don't mind if I have to goto the hardware store with you to pick out and get the material. I do however ask that I get paid daily so that if for some unknown reason you or I can't perform their part of the deal, there isn't some big bill that is not able to be taken care of, also seems I am unlicensed I can't contract a job for more than $500 dollars, which is the reason I ask to be paid for my labor on a day to day type of program. Just to let you know I am honest and I have yet to have a homeowner upset with me. I am looking for homeowners who are trying to fix up, or remodel their house. I can do everything from kitchen remodels to repairing holes in Sheetrock. I have plenty of pictures of different types of jobs I have completed. All homeowners I have worked for in the past have always been more than pleased with my work, my cleanliness while I work and the amount of work I get completed in a days time. I have friends that are contractors that always call me the one man army who does the work of three men by myself. I only ask that you have some sort of idea on what you want to do, and if you need, I can give you a few ideas also. I do it all. I have done a bathroom addition from permit phases, including inspections from blue print to completion, all work done to San Jose City code.
