Handyman in Pahoa, Hawaii

I am in the process of buying a duplex in Hawaiian Paradise Park with two tenants and as a out-of-state landlord I am looking for a local handyman that is capable of addressing simple common concerns, redirect more complex repairs to local companies and act as go-between when needed. I will pay on an hourly basis and look for someone who - is skilled all around in common household repairs - can get along with people - has good judgement when it comes to either repair a concern, contact a local company or talk to me first
