Looking to make a move and develop some property in Klamath Falls, Oregon next spring and I need some money to pay for various fees and permits that are required, as well as building materials. I am a jack of trades and I am open to most any job that I am able to finish in a day. Fall is near, which means trees need to be pruned and the house will need to be winterized. I can do both of these! Other jobs I’m capable and equipped to do are the following, but not limited to: Pruning fruit trees (up to 12-ft. tall) Cleaning/repairing gutters and downspouts (single story) Roof cleaning/repair (single story) Moss removal and prevention (single-story roof tops) Fence repair Deck repair Drywall repair (including texture and paint) Above ground plumbing (including leaky faucets and showers) Installing base trim/crown molding Heating duct and ventilation repair Lawn mowing Home winterizing (gutter cleaning, weather stripping, heat loss, insulation, etc.) Framing Routine auto maintenance (oil change, spark plugs, batteries, alternators, air/fuel filters, etc.) These are only the things I can do off the top of my head, so don’t hesitate to give me a call with other inquiries. My pricing is fair and flexible. I accept cash or check. I will give you a bid price before the job starts and that’s the price you will be charged, no matter how long it takes to get the job done right. I generally figure estimated hours, plus cost of any supplies needed, up to 20 miles (from Yelm, WA), that’s it. Anything further than 20 miles will include a 1.00/mile charge for all mileage beyond the initial 20 miles, so the Seattle area would be about $30 added on for mileage to cover gas.
