I am available to assist you with any small to medium sized home repairs you may need. Have several years experience in construction / remodeling / deck & fence building. I am an able bodied 50 yr old white male, ex-military and do all the work myself. Rates are very reasonable, by the hour or can quote price for whole job. Can do everything from replacing ceiling fans and light fixtures, to fixing/ replacing toilets and vanities, to garbage disposals and door locks, decks, porches, patios, including weather treatments and stains, painting and wall repairs (smaller jobs), garage makeovers with wall mounted cabinets and painted / treated concrete floor.
