frame out a new subfloor in new portion of a vestibule to the Master and carry hardwoods into that closet, drywall, tape/bed/etc, put insulation in rafters and walls of closet as well. Also, need trim put down in bathroom (base trim) and all the drywall needs to be finished (taped, bedded, smooth.. A door needs to be installed on closet door (double doors), I have the doors, . Also in our guest suite/mother in law suite it has several things we need done like molding, finishing drywall (tape and bed) in that bathroom, and other minor things.
