Skilled craftsman with full workshop in Palo Alto. Available for small repairs and upkeep to large scale creative construction projects. Experienced with exotic woods in small scale furniture creation. Trained by a master designer/builder of hand made one of a kind grandfather clocks at the Woodside Priory School. Retired from careers in high tech and mortgage banking, now pursuing what I always liked to do on the weekends at home. Have lived in (and maintained) 1935 Tudor home for past 22 years and really enjoy restoration of classic designs, and updating for modern use. Competent in electrical and plumbing work as well. Have daughter in process of certification as a landscape architect, so that kind of creative genius is easily accessible. I like the hands-on building and repairing that culminates in a tangible finished project.
