I have 3 town houses in Rexburg that have maintainance needs from time to time. I am looking for someone that I can call on as my standard repairman for all fascets of rentals. these are nice homes and we want to keep them that way. Its nice to develop a relationship with someone you can trust so when there is an issue they can get in and resole it.
