Handyman Job in Mays Landing, New Jersey

Hello, Looking for a jack of all trades for several projects on a home we are purchasing. Must have own tools, ladders etc. And ability to pick up materials needed. Project pricing is not 10 per hour.. i didnt know what to put in there. We are looking for someone who can do each project for a flat fee for each job. Jobs entails but are not limited to Break up old fireplace hearth and lay down tile. Paint interior of home. Hang insulation in crawlspace and redo opening to crawl, reattach ac ducts to trunk in crawlspace. Reroute sum pump. Redo front porch..deck thing add cover..overhang Many other items not listed...
