Handyman Job in Fort Myers, Florida

Work days and hours are Monday, 7.30-1.30pm , Tuesday, 7.30-1.30pm, Thursday, 7.30-3pm & Friday, 7.30-1.30pm. It is a really friendly community with guests occupying the apartments all year round.. The development was built in the 1950's and has ongoing minor maintenance issues that need daily attention at any given time. Typical maintenance issues that crop up as examples are air conditioning unit changes or maintenance cleaning, fixing of shelves or items that break in the rooms (paper towel holders) screwing pictures or hooks into the wall, replacing of lightbulbs and fire alarm batteries, changing of gas grill canisters, shower head changes, blowing of debris from the grounds etc and basically general DIY - nothing too technical We have a maintenance room with seating which can be used as a workshop or to wait for maintenance calls as they come through on the walkie talkie. There are other small jobs to do around the development such as tidying the pool area and placing the coffee out for the guests as well as other simple tasks Looking for candidates who can start immediately
