Handyman Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

We need someone for 1 day a week, hours may vary on the day depending on items on maintenance list, to do minor maintenance for our Winnipeg locations we have 6 locations in Winnipeg and there may be an odd trip to Brandon for this type of work. Need someone that is detailed oriented and can work with minimal supervision, good communicator and reliable. Must be carry liability insurance and bonded. Must have own reliable transportation and most basic tools. Some of the duties are listed below.  Changing out light bulbs (various types)  Changing out ceiling tiles  Hanging items like pictures, white/bulletin boards, and any other items that needed to be hung  Fix up/repair desks, cabinets and or changing out keyboard trays  Minor patching/painting  Changing out exterior garbage’s cleanup of garbage around the buildings  Helping to move office items like filing cabinets, etc.  Changing out batteries  Hanging/replacing dispensers and any other office maintenance that may come up
