I need some help with landscaping, primarily the lawn after having a tree removed and dealing with a problem tree from the neighbors yard. Just had a new driveway put in so the lawn needs some tic. May also want to do a planter wall near porch/shrubs. I also have some electrical (replace some lighting fixtures) and a few other odd things.

Cut small section of wall board in garage to see if mold in laundry side. Fix closer on back door. Insulate front door. Paint kitchen. Install shade in kitchen.

Need tile in master math (currently carpet). Also need shower doors fixed (roller sliders broke off both doors).

My upstairs bathtub leaked, went through the flooring and partially destroyed the sheetrock ceiling in the kitchen below the bathtub. I need the bathtub leak fixed and kitchen ceiling repaired.

An area about eighteen by twenty-four inches needs re-textured on ceiling in bathroom.

I need concrete repair for the corner edges of the top step where it has fallen away from the hand rails. The rails are firm and solid. I think that I just need someone to come in and "button" up the edges.

While changing the light bulb in a ceiling fan, the bulb broke and now the fixture holding it is broken. I also have a ceiling fan with a similar problem downstairs. Clean sliding door and adjoining glass balcony..... 4 story condo. Won't take more than half hour. $20.per hour is fine. Hope this works out, having a heck of a time finding someone.

Need one curtain rod hung asap... 3 more at a later date once I have the time to choose them and get them.
