My dog has chewed into the wall in my rental and I am tired of looking at the damage. I can send photos of the damage so you have an idea of what needs to be done, I image this job wouldn't take more than an hour. I can pay $15 per hour or if it is under an hour we can talk about a rate that is more appropriate.

I need the trim to my exterior windows either scraped and painted or the wood replaced. So, I need someone with some carpentry skills as well as painting skills who is willing to work on a 2 story home. This will probably lead to more work inside as we are getting the home ready to sell, and my husband is very busy working, and my skills are limited.
