Fix a bedroom door that is loose. Also replace the internal parts on a toilet. Water continues to run when flushing.

The front door of my home was leaking slightly. It has been patched so the leaking is mitigated but the area sealed now needs covered (trim or the like).

I currently need a fan in the kitchen taken down and the new one put in the chandelier in the kitchen taken down and the new one put in as well as a smoke detector replaced.
