Handyman Jobs including Painting Paint Removal in Massachusetts

I need the interior of my house painted as well as hardwood floor installed in the living areas of my house. These include the living room, dinning room, hallway, stairways and main entrance. They all measure at least 482 sq ft including 6% of damage.

I have a long list of small to medium size jobs that I would like a handy person to take care. There is also the opportunity for the individual to stay long term as an onsite PM to help with small repairs, landscaping and general clean up.
