We need a medicine cabinet put in, and a fan/light fixed. General handyman experience should be all that's needed.

This is a mobile home, I am a senior, my back door does not fit properly on the frame - I believe the frame is not square, don't know if the door also needs replacing. Gutters need cleaning, don't think there are any repairs needed. There are pine needles in the gutters - there was a large pine tree next door and it's just been cut down.
