Prepare surface and paint wall. Also need a drawer fixed in kitchen. I would like to have a pegboard hung in the garage.

Looking to hire a reliable and timely handyman who can handle general maintenance items for several properties including drywall repair, replacing air filters, touch-up paint, and other small miscellaneous items.

A few small jobs might be about a day to two days work. Repair or replace a few doors, touch up paint. Patch holes. Set cabinet door.

We need some wood replaced on our porch and then power washed and stained. We also need the rails on the porch painted. It is a wrap around porch.
