Need to remodel small master bath, about 8' x 4.2'. new tiles for floors and walls, new shower built, replacing everything but keeping same Floorplan. Replacing doors as well fir both baths. hall bath also in need, about 7.5'x5'. same as aove except just standard tub to replace no built in shower. Looking to get done within next month but need to budget.

The maintenance man will be completing a myriad of duties but will have to have slight knowledge of plumbing, irrigation systems, electrical and landscaping.

Cant do it all by myself. I need help with some drywall repair, mounting 2 tvs, carpet removal, and installing some tint on the sliding glass door. I have all the supplies except for the drywall stuff.
