Looking for handyman services for regular maintenance of a small office (2800 sq ft) stand alone building. Can work with per job or monthly service fee.

1 - Install new showers heads with filter in 2 bathrooms 2 - See if you can figure out and fix a relatively new bed that now squeaks after the movers put it together

Interior painting, small plumbing jobs (unclog sink, fix small leaks), install bathroom fixtures, repair kitchen cabinets, install blinds, repair gate, intall flooring (laminate), intall new bathroom tub, repair small holes in walls, etc...

Looking to do some work on my fireplace and outdoor stone work. Fireplace is to install some tile. Stone work is for outdoors

Fix broken items, such as chairs,wooden file cabinets, bookcases. Hang pictures, etc. on plaster and regular dry walls. Touch up paint on walls, fix toilets that don't flush well, install shower heads, wash hard to reach windows, clean table fans (maybe take apart to get the insides clean), replace smoke alarms and similar tasks.
