Duties: * All the skills you listed. i.e. door repairs and replacement drop ceiling repairs etc. *Turnover of units, general repair and maintenance, boiler maintenance, plumbing, drywall/paint, light electrical when needed. *Complete service requests and repairs in a timely manner *Answer Emergency calls *Maintain grounds of community.
