Handyman Jobs including Painting Paint Removal and Residential in Rhode Island

I have a long list of small to medium size jobs that I would like a handy person to take care. There is also the opportunity for the individual to stay long term as an onsite PM to help with small repairs, landscaping and general clean up.

I own and self-manage a few properties in Quincy as well as New Bedford. I have occasional light work duties from tenant turnover to routine maintenance/service calls.
