We are renovating our kitchen and need the help of a reliable handyman. The first project is to remove the lower level of our screened in porch and reinforce the upper level. Removing a window and closing off (drywall). Additional work needed (demo, drywall, paint) depending on success of this job.

I need someone as soon as possible to fix a leak under the sink, leaky shower handles, add an outlet cap in the crawl space, switch an outlet in the bathroom, install a chimney cap, and repair some loose mortar around the chimney.
