Handyman Job in Brandon, Florida

We manage 4 office parks in Tampa area and want to connect with someone who is experienced in general maintenance tasks, from changing light bulbs, small paint jobs to leaking toilets, ie. most types of maintenance issues that we as property manager and owner need to take care of. We are looking for someone who needs additional income as it may be less than 25of full position. We will however, cover a fixed startup cost for any task plus an hourly wage for time spent. This is suitable for f...... a retired person or someone who needs to supplement other income. The work we need done, can be performed within a 2-3 day period from when ordered.
